The iconic “Minion” department store, which first opened in 1938 on Patission Street and closed in 1998, is making a comeback at the center of Athens in a completely renovated form. The historic building has been fully refurbished and transformed into a modern, bioclimatic mixed-use property. The new “Minion” will house retail stores, dining areas, offices, and residences, becoming a vibrant new hub of urban life and activity in the heart of the city.
